QueryTempest enables users to query and analyze database information using natural language processing and artificial intelligence. The Service connects to user-provided databases through secure, read-only connections, allowing you to ask questions in plain English and receive data insights with transparent SQL execution. All features and functionalities are subject to availability and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at our sole discretion.
2Eligibility and Account Registration

3License and Restrictions

- • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code

- • Attempt to bypass usage limitations or security measures

- • Use the Service to compete with us or develop competing products
- • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
4Database Connections and Data Responsibility
Your Responsibilities:
- • You must have legal authorization to connect any database to our Service
- • You warrant that all database connections comply with applicable laws and regulations
- • You are solely responsible for database security, backup, and access permissions
- • You must ensure your database connection details are accurate and current
Our Access:
- • We do not store, retain, or backup your database content
- • Database queries are executed in real-time and results are not permanently stored
- • Connection credentials are encrypted and handled according to our Privacy Policy
5AI-Generated Content and Limitations
Important Notice:
QueryTempest utilizes artificial intelligence to interpret queries and generate SQL code. AI systems may produce:
- • Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results
- • Unintended or harmful database queries
- • Results that require human verification and judgment
You acknowledge that:
- • All AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" without warranties
- • You must independently verify all results before making business decisions
- • We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from AI-generated content
- • SQL queries shown are for transparency but may contain errors
6Usage Limits and Fair Use
- • Plan-specific query limits apply as outlined in your subscription
- • We reserve the right to implement additional usage restrictions to maintain Service quality
- • Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension
- • Commercial users must subscribe to appropriate paid plans

Payment Terms:
- • All payments are processed through our secure payment provider
- • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- • All charges are non-refundable except as specified in Section 8
- • Failure to pay may result in immediate service suspension
- • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
8Refund Policy
Limited Refund Guarantee:
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided:
- • No more than 10 queries have been executed during the subscription period
- • No commercial or extensive use of the Service has occurred
- • Request is submitted to support@querytempest.com within the 7-day window
Refund Exclusions:
- • Refunds after the 7-day period are not available
- • Accounts with significant usage patterns are not eligible
- • Subscription renewals are not refundable
- • We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms
9Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, and intellectual property associated with QueryTempest are owned by Vladyslav Butenko or licensed third parties. Your use of the Service does not grant any ownership rights to our intellectual property.
10Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using QueryTempest, you consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
11Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VLADYSLAV BUTENKO, OPERATING AS A PRIVATE ENTREPRENEUR, BE LIABLE FOR:
- • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- • Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
- • Damages resulting from AI-generated content or database queries
- • Service interruptions, security breaches, or technical failures
- • Third-party actions or database-related issues
- • Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months
You assume all risks associated with:
- • Database query execution and results
- • Business decisions based on Service outputs
- • Data security and access control
- • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
12Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vladyslav Butenko and the Service from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- • Your use of the Service
- • Your database connections or data
- • Violation of these Terms
- • Infringement of third-party rights
- • Your business decisions based on Service outputs
13Service Availability and Modifications
- • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice
- • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible
- • We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss
14Termination
We may terminate your access immediately for:
- • Violation of these Terms
- • Non-payment of fees
- • Abusive or excessive usage
- • Legal or regulatory requirements
- • Any reason at our sole discretion
Upon termination, all rights to use the Service cease immediately, and any outstanding fees remain due.
15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ukraine. You waive any right to jury trial and agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of any class action.
16Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties and supersede all prior agreements.
17Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting with updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. Material changes may be communicated via email.
